Allow NPCs to start without a Behavior Tree and be controlled externally via Blueprint, Level Sequences, or triggers. Adds Scripted enum state that prevents BT services from overriding state, plus StartBehavior/StopBehavior BlueprintCallable functions to toggle BT execution at runtime.
