Server-only AddActorWorldRotation (HasAuthority guard) prevents client/server tug-of-war. Client interpolates toward replicated rotation via SmoothedBodyYaw (angle-aware FInterpTo at 3x body speed) to eliminate step artifacts from ~30Hz network updates.
