Only init, deinit, errors and critical warnings remain unconditional. All turn-by-turn logs (mic open/close, agent generating/speaking/stopped, emotion changes, audio chunks, text/viseme processing, latency, bone resolution, selection, registration) are now gated behind component bDebug or Settings->bVerboseLogging. 10 files, ~125 lines removed.
