Add server-side Opus encoding diagnostic logs
Logs compressed audio size in HandleAudioReceived to diagnose why MulticastReceiveAgentAudio (Unreliable) never reaches clients. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
